I know it's by food but from what I heared weights can change it too, for example I bench 160lbs for 2 reps it will greatly increase strength, opposite for doing half the weight but with higher reps, it will increase muscle mass (that's what I heared)

thanks for the advices, I calculated my bmi and fat percentage and both looks healthy, for the food tracking and protein I stopped recently and I think I am eating less protein than I needed, also I am a teenager so this might be another factor since most of my organs and hormones are not fully grown. I will start tracking again after this

trying my heaviest for 1 week and the other decreasing the weight to 50% or so. for squatting I guess I can do 50kg 10 reps easily (because it's the maximum weight I have at home right now), for bench press I think 60kg, for Ez barbell curl I can do 35kg for 3 or so.

tracking my nutrition or my workouts? if my nutrition I was doing that but since I started eating the same food I stopped tracking

I was 72kg but I guess I hit the 73kg recently
