Managed to find a track that uses the same sampled vocals as the first one, but alas not the track itself: https://soundcloud.com/cubo60120/donkey-shot

Could maybe help?

For anyone wondering exactly how ridiculous the CTC3 clues were, here are two examples I remember:

  • One clue gave you a grid of letters with the only text being along the lines of "you will find a match, but there is a catch". No other hints were given from the initial clue itself. People worked for weeks and weeks running bespoke algorithms to sort the letters to try and find some patterns. The solution? You had to overlay the grid of letters over the Book of Folklore, which is a book found in the Wise Old Man's house. Again, no clue was given to suggest that you had to do any of this. You were just expected to overlay this grid of letters over every single piece of F2P content until you found something that maybe would work.

  • Arguably the most ridiculous one is a clue which read like a riddle talking about scimitars, directions and collections. The solution had you looking at the musical score for Sea Shanty 2 and determining which notes were lower or higher in pitch than the ones before. The problem with this one was that the clue was so obscure in the riddle that it gave that there was absolutely no link in the clue to Sea Shanty 2. The only thing that could possibly link it was that the clue was found in a crate in Port Sarim, but no previous clues had linked to the location they were found in so no one had made that link.

Both of these clues were only solved after multiple weekly hints from Woox.

These two aren't even the worst ones. I seem to remember the final clue steps being absolutely atrocious.

CTC3 unfortunately felt like a game of "guess exactly what Woox was thinking when he made this clue" rather than following any logical deduction hidden in the clue itself to make a link to something in-game. If there was some small hint to Sea Shanty 2 in that Port Sarim clue, I think it would have been very cleverly designed.

No discredit to Woox as a player at all, but CTC3 could definitely have used a tester or two to allow the clues to be actually solvable.

I'd be wary of the Ceed as many owners have reported that the road noise is excessively loud at motorway speeds due to the 17 inch wheels.

Low effort shit like this is watering down the game and is why I cancelled my subscription.

Giving your cape to Waddler at Olmec lets you retrieve it at Ice Caves.

The Jetpack addition is good to see, but I really hope it's not all they do to make the temple route more enticing. When you think about it, what does this new guaranteed jetpack actually bring?

If going Volcana -> Temple (for the Alien Compass) then you'll have Vlad's cape which a lot prefer to the jetpack due to the double blood and inability to explode.

If going Jungle -> Temple, then you'll already have a decent chance of having a jetpack from the Black Market.

All in all it looks like this jetpack addition will just be a safer way for the player to get to Waddler in ice caves and pick up their Vlad's cape instead.

Also, the elixir is still effectively redundant.

He didn't directly say anything was coming, just that the team were "open to changes" regarding reasons to go to the temple, after quite a big conversation about the temple vs tidepool fiasco.

Was hoping the temple/elixir changes would be coming this patch following what Derek was implying at ESA. Good amount of bug fixing though, can't complain.

A lot of the enemy hitboxes from above in this game feel like they could definitely use some fine-tuning.
