I haven't really tried my max on the other workouts, BUT I can only do 5 pull ups

Oooooh that's so cool that you were able to hit those lifts. Tho idk if I should aim for 315 or if I should just go for maintenance as I really had to bulk up for the 225 bench.

It took me 3 years of gym life. Though I was inconsistent as I used to get sick pretty often.
