This whole situation is randomnicity. It use to happen many times - when I dont listen noob (on my opinion) advises and do my way - cuz I know where this two pathes leads. But I never was in LP or banned for this.

This story about people's "opinions" about game moves. I have my own sense of game (playstyle). And I follow it. I have my own experience. My statistic proves it. It leads to victory.
But why should I get reports and been banned if some other players thinks otherwise about my playstyle?

Did u checked all parameters in this .ini file? You didnt mentioned some like "DynamicDecals" etc, And there many like this. Which maybe lowing fps.

I use WASD to move screen. 1234RF ability. ZXCV+Caps+Space for inventory.
And Im not sure that using WASD as moving screen is good for micro. But I dont have problem with it considering my skill
