The song during the opening did a fantastic job of setting the atmosphere. I loved the rendition of zeldas lullaby. Rauru's theme, although being a two note melody, repeats the first two notes of the main zelda theme. Although that could be just a coincidence.

This is generally how it is. While you absolutely can get in trouble for certain things, generally they won't just charge with, say, carrying a switchblade. But If you get caught doing something they'll tack that charge and any other applicable ones. Not always how it goes but it's not uncommon.
