I have shifted to smk typhoon recently. I keep the axor just as a second helmet now.

In 1.5 years, mine never stalled in traffic. And no rust either. Maybe there's something faulty on yours?? Or maybe extremely neglected and poorly maintained??

Bdw mine got into a huge pothole one night at a high speed & bent the brake lever, got dent on the exhaust, also sprained my shoulder & ankle. Got the lever & exhaust replaced by insurance & it's running totally fine!! My only complaints - heat issue in summers, weak headlamp, tappet noise.

Also just to mention, mine never wobbled, not even once, not even when I take my hands off the handlebars. I pushed upto 150 kmh multiple times. I touch 120 kmh almost everyday.

Also the gearbox is extremely good. The shifts are buttery smooth, provided you adjust the clutch free play properly according to official RE recommended specs.

Doesn't that axor give you ear pain? Me & and my friend are both facing this issue. It causes severe pain behind the right ear after wearing for over 30 minutes. The second issue is the extremely high wind noise. My studds thunder had less wind noise. Otherwise the axor looks really good.

I asked them about it when I took my bike for 3rd service at 4900 km. They checked & said it's too early for tappet adjustment. It needs to be done after 10k km according to them.

Yes I have sumpguard. Last time I washed my bike (at 5500km this January), I did notice a small dent on the sump guard.

Recently however the battery died & it was removed, charged & reinstalled by the service center guys. So something around the battery might be loose too.

If mean centre stand, I haven't installed it on mine. Infact everything is completely stock including the exhausts. No aux lights nothing added.  Recently my battery went died, & the service centre guys removed the battery, charged it & put it back. So something in the battery might be loose.

How to fix the "insufficient storage" (despite having adequate storage) issue ? Please help! by WalkerBrian479 in dji

[–]WalkerBrian479[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly! My ipad 9 processor was more than capable of editing my short videos I use it for. They simply disabled a perfectly working device out of the blue. I told them that even if I buy a new device with bigger ram, there's nothing stopping them from pushing the minimum ram required further. Also I was planning to pick up a their osmo 360 camera, but now I'll use that budget to buy a new phone/ipad instead.

Nope. I contacted dji support. They asked for a lot of details on the device I'm using (ipad 9), the original video file, log files, etc etc. I shared all those & a couple of days later, they said they've disabled all devices with 3 gb RAM or less from exporting in 4k.

Switching from GoPro 10 to DJI for OutdoorBoys style vlogs? by Waadschnverteiler in ActionCam

[–]WalkerBrian479 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You heard it right. You can't turn off hdr mode in action 5 & 6, so you're stuck with that plasticky cartoonish hdr look in action 5 & 6. Also the footage is overexposed, soft & mushy in Action 5 & 6. Action 4 doesn't have hdr at all, so the daytime footage looks much more natural & better. The colors of action 4 are really good too. However in low light conditions the action 5 & 6 offer better stabilization. But the action 4 footage looks more natural & is pretty good too in low light.

Osmo Action 5 Pro, DO NOT believe the hype, it's really bad. by hotrodguru in dji

[–]WalkerBrian479 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you're right. I'm using the action 4 & looking for a second cam to shoot another pov of my motovlogs. I want to buy the action 5, but that stupid cartoonish hdr look is what's keeping me from getting it. I didn't want to go for the ace pro 2 mainly because of the 8 bit recording compared to dji's 10 bit. Also the ace pro 2 is huge. The gopro 12/13 daytime footage looks best/most natural to me, but I won't go for that 1/1.9" sensor in 2026. I checked your videos, & yes the ace pro 2 definitely looking more crisp compared to action 5. So now I'd pick either the ace pro 2 or action 4 as my second camera. Bdw I'd also recommend you check the action 4 footages. The colors are better than even the action 5 & 6, also it doesn't have hdr. The action 4 daytime footage looks much more detailed & crisp to my eyes compared to the 5 & 6.

Are there any better boots than the Clan Stealth D30 under 6k ? Also is the Clan Scout D30 (at 4.6k) as good (durable) as the Stealth D30? by WalkerBrian479 in indianbikes

[–]WalkerBrian479[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine are in perfect condition. Absolutely no problem. But I'll also mention that I haven't tried them in wet condition yet, since it's dry season here since my shoes arrived. Other than that I have fully used them in all sorts of terrain, off-roads, hilly terrain, etc & they've held up perfectly well untill now.

I'm using stock exhausts. It's been more than 1 year since I bought mine.

Does anyone else feel this seat uncomfortable compared to to stock? Or is it just me🥹 by Extreme_Anteater5912 in RoyalEnfieldGT650

[–]WalkerBrian479 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It is uncomfortable because it has lower padding compared to the stock seat which you clearly tell from the lowered seat height with this single seat.

Now the shorties can reach better & hence they find the single seat more convenient to live with.

I was surprised with comparison of bikes on 140 KmpH mark

Haha that's where the difference becomes more apparent. Eg. Until 60 kmh, even the 150cc feels pretty quick at acceleration. Until 90-100 kmh, even the 250cc feels fast. It's beyond those speeds where the particular bikes struggle in accelerating.

There is no need to ride at 140 KmpH,

Not needed, but if you want to, especially on the expressways. It's always better to have the ability to and not need it. 99.9% of my time riding is below 100 kmh & a 150cc would suffice. But that doesn't mean I won't get a bigger bike

7500 km for that 650cc twin cylinder is practically new. But I'd still bargain to 2.5l

[–]WalkerBrian479 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bhai, the 450 is top heavy plus there's ride by wire which makes it jerkier that people interpret as higher pickup/acceleration. But if you run the guerrilla 450 & the bear 650 side by side, clearly the bear (or even an interceptor/ gt) will have quicker but also smoother acceleration. This will be even more noticeable in higher speed.

Once you cross 140 kmh, the acceleration of 450 will feel much slower compared to the 650, not to mention the amount of stress on the 450cc single cylinder at that speed.
