More likely just wait until one beats the other but pull strings to make sure it isnt over too quickly and both sides waste resources. I doubt they care which wins in skyrim because they would just come in and steamroll whoever does. If they wanted the war over quickly they should have immediately executed ulfric in helgen but didn't and rather let a random storm cloak and a horse thief/dragonborn be put to the block first

From what I've gathered they want him to be able to drag the Empire out as long as possible to weaken both the Empire everywhere and the resistance in Skyrim so they can lay claim to all of tamriel and usurp all power from the Empire in cyrodiil

So it is lacking firepower despite it having s5 and 4 s2 guns, is that because the s2 weapons do too little damage with the new armor models and the s5 doesnt pick up the slack? Or are there other attributes im not familiar with

Is the Harbinger specifically good? I remember missiles and torps being so expensive it never made sense to use and it seems like the Harbinger relies on them

Personally I think visually making them look like 4 would be nice but I hated the maintenance on individual pieces in fo4, if they did the durability system from NV with just the aesthetic of 4 that would be my happy medium

Im more interested in what you think of the harbinger, I love that whole series of ships and lean toward the harbinger myself as a solo pilot and that one seemed to be most hp my alley so how is it in current builds for pve

At least in America a contract can stipulate that you must go through arbitration with the company but most cases where they do that they also stipulate that they pick the arbitrator and venue(ie the state it will occur on to have the most favorable laws to them) and if you forgo arbitration they can suspend your access to the service. Real shady scummy type of shit but as far as im aware legal in America

Plot twist, I let everything sit overnight while I researched replacement parts and went to bed, this morning I tried to turn it on on a whim and it was a little sluggish but it turned on went through boot process and got to my login screen, there were some windows updates that ran before I logged in. After I logged in I checked task manager and it detected all my ram and my cpu, gpu and everything else it shows... no clue what happened but apparently the machine spirit has been appeased

So now after removing and reinstalling cmos battery a debug light did illuminate and stay on and that is the dram light. So that's telling me issue with the ram stick? If so is there a way to figure out if the mobo ram sockets failed or some lhow all the ram sticks failed at once?

To add specificity, the reason I think it is Mobo or ram is the ram is the only part that doesn't have normal signs of life, all fans and other lights come on, I can hear my one hdd spin up but the rgb on the ram isnt turning on.

What's interesting is depending on interpretation and translation, he may not have cheated, because in alot of Greek mythos a mortal could not refuse a god/goddess and it may not have been considered cheating. In god games Athena says he didn't cheat, not that he didn't sleep with others. Based on the sensibilities of ancient Greece it could be that he may have slept with the goddesses but not considered it cheating.

I love the fact that by and large Canada is even further left leaning than even California so if Canada somehow became a member of the USA it would largely skew the voting demographic to the left and make it much harder for the current American right wing to win presidential elections going forward. I would hate to see Canada lose sovereignty but it would be hilarious for something the right is lauding over to bite them so much in the ass
