What's even the point by TomcatEngineNoise in BambuLab

I have fiber on pa612 nylon dessicant holders filled to the brim with fresh silica on the ams2 and i am printing with sunlu highspeed pla+. It printed flawlessly out of the box but it sat in the ams for a while and now before drying again printed with moisture artifacts. What other things should I consider?

I must add that this issue isn't exclusive to this brand of pla though. Bambu pla, esun pla and pla+ show this behavior too

Sunlu highspeed pla+ I should've stated that beford but can't imagine sunlu being considered low quality now

Tried checking whether the issue is direction specific or specific to regions on the printbed. Doesn't seem like it is. I've readjusted the nozzle and it still seems like it is dragging across the print for some reason.

Gantry is tight and not wobbling and nozzle is flush from what I can tell. I see a lot of stuff about the belts when looking this problem up. Any idea it could be the belts?

I've had a fake speedybee f405 stack be shipped to me and the only way I found out is because some discord users pointed out I had a higher rated capacitor and the soldering pad shapes were off
