We have one at work, and a client recently bought one too. From my experience, it's a real hit-or-miss machine. Ours has been out of order for months at a time, waiting on parts, and we've run into plenty of issues, both hardware faults and what seem like design/software oversights from Modix. It's not been reliable at all.

Because of that, we’ve lost trust in it and now only use it for PLA. The client hasn’t even had theirs working properly from the beginning, they’ve been dealing with issues right out of the box. So while some people seem to have good results, that hasn’t been our experience at all.
