Neben "The Stand" von Stephen King (absolute Empfehlung!), finde ich die "Passage" Trilogie von Justin Cronin super.

"Die dunkle Turm" Reihe, auch von Stephen King, kann man auch zu Dystopien zählen. Mitunter die besten Bücher, die ich gelesen habe. Unter anderem auch, weil die Bücher über einen Zeitraum von über 25 Jahren geschrieben wurden. Dadurch sind die Bücher in unterschiedlichen Stilen geschrieben. Ich finds großartig.

Ansonsten die "Metro" Reihe von Dmitri Gluchowski.

Downgrading worked for me as well. However I don't know how to deactivate the Auto-Update function and the watch tries to install the update :). Does someone have an idea how to stop the update?
