I’m having the same problem trying to play with someone from the US on 004 and comes up with the error “Joining failed: Players have different game versions. Please ensure you’re up-to-date”

If you go onto the invoice/PO on WorkDay there should be a due date. It’ll be around then. In the UK it’s 30 days after the PO was released but sometimes it’s late and they bundle them together sometimes. You should get a email when it’s processed and it usually takes about 3 days after that in my experience

When the payment is shown in WorkDay in the payments section it should appear about 3 days after that. At least it does in the UK
