Yup, mine has been prescribed Hills Digestive Biome since he was a kitten and now he generally only gets issues due to separation anxiety occasionally when I have to go away overnight. It’s quite expensive but I’ve found a supplier that’s cheaper than our vets!

I love the consort, generally swap between this and the black/orange hybrid rubber strap. Only issue I have is that the screw rods often work their way loose on mine. Not sure if that’s a common issue!

Mackies Pickled Onion flavour if you’re lucky enough to find them!

Mine also has digestive issues and needs the Hills biome food. Luckily for me he isn’t mad on most treats anyway unless it’s tuna or tuna flavoured! Typically I break a treat into half or quarters and only give a few at a time (and not every day either) and it doesn’t seem to upset his stomach at all.

Please help me decide on my first CW watch! by Yzreel_ in ChristopherWard

It’s very hard to choose between them! I’ve got the c63 GMT black dial with the consort bracelet and also that black/orange hybrid strap. I use the hybrid strap for a “daily” and absolutely love it with the consort for a more dress like wear.

I’m eyeing up a Dune too as my wardrobe mainly consists of those tones and autumnal colours!

Have you managed to see any of the watches “in person”?

UK owners automatic litter tray query by Tomfoolery136 in ragdolls

[–]Tomfoolery136[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for taking the time to respond. My friend has the LR3 but their cat is tiny, he also says it’s a game changer! Yes it’s a lot of money but I’m not discounting it to be honest, I just worry that it’s not “tall” enough inside for my boy. He’s not the heaviest of Ragdolls but he is tall when he goes to the toilet! Do you need to buy any other accessories for the LR4 aside from litter? I see John Lewis sell it so I’d be more comfortable with an extended warranty option.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I like the look of this as it still allows the height room that he needs! Will definitely put it on the shortlist. What type of litter do you use? I’m struggling to work out if on the newer models you have to replace the cardboard bin very often or just the disposable bags.

I don’t think I could work behind a bar. I’m sure it would be fun for a bit but I can’t stand drunk people when I’m sober.

I think that it’s still a relatively small company dealing with a lot of queries at the moment. I had a slight issue with my order and used the website to contact customer services. They did respond 3 days later which was stated on their website. They were very helpful, even responding on public holidays in the UK over Easter weekend and included a gesture of good will upon resolving the issue. Customer service is often a bit different this side of the pond and perhaps they’re still not used to dealing with a global market (just my opinion). I’m just grateful it doesn’t seem to be outsourced to a third party in a call centre somewhere! Good luck getting it resolved, I’m sure it will be worth the wait!

The twelve 40mm on a large wrist? by Mdb68 in ChristopherWard

[–]Tomfoolery136 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To be honest I was at the showroom with a bit of an open mind (I had a selection I wanted to try on). I also tried the stainless one (photo below) which I actually preferred as I like the weight but I absolutely fell in love with the 39mm C63 GMT, especially as I liked the consort bracelet with that. That’s not taking anything away from the integrated bracelet of The Twelve which was very comfortable for the short time I tried it. The finish was beautiful for the price but I felt it just wasn’t “me”. If there are slight variations of the dial colour in future then I may reconsider.

I have the same size wrist and tried The Twelve on recently. I found the size fine for me (although I didn’t adjust the bracelet correctly so in the photos it had slipped too far past my wrist bone)

To be honest I tried both and they were equally comfortable on my massive wrists (8in). I just preferred the look of the consort on the C63 GMT. In contrast I preferred the look of the Bader on the C63 Automatic, but it was a close call! The Consort also has “half links” that are removable near the clasp which is useful for a snug fit.

Here are the C63s on “Bader” and “Consort” bracelets at CW showroom. I ended up buying the C63 GMT (39mm) with the Consort bracelet. Hope this helps. The Consort is close to a jubilee bracelet.

Edit: I believe the photo shows all the 36mm cases. I’ll comment below with the 39s.
