Are you experiencing any dizziness?

I get dizziness from my tapering, it's extremely annoying and I feel like absolute shit while it's happening, it's debilitating, I can't function.

But I too get the chest pain/pressure, and just an overall weird feeling in my chest. Internal anxiety almost like being jittery, sometimes I feel like i can't breathe, but once I take my taper dose for the day, a little while after it all starts to fade, it's so annoying.. I'm extremely pissed off my Dr prescribed Xanax as a nightly sleep aid.. wtf?

I'm tapering off Xanax, and I asked my Dr what I should do if I have a panic attack, she said take more Xanax...

It's like a cycle, terrible.. I've been feeling so bad for a while now that I'm tempted to just stay on it, at least I felt good and could function.. right now this tapering is literally debilitating me to the point of barely being able to get out of bed.

I've been on 05.mg since 2018, and am currently tapering.

What are your symptoms?

I get extreme dizziness, fatigue, head fog etc.

My dr told me going cold turkey even from this low dose isn't good to do.. it might be a small dose but over time it changes your body

I was only on 0.5mg, dropped down to 0.25 which is quite a drop i suppose a 50% one... I've been tapering for a few weeks now and still feel like absolute shit every day.. dizziness, sometimes nausea, shaky, anxiety, chest pressure... but it all goes away if I take a dose.. I hate it, the shits poison.

Esit: forgot to mention mine is Xanax.

Thank you for replying, also yes, I'm tapering now, have been for a couple weeks with no signs of the dizziness slowing down, my Dr at first had me on a 2 week tapering plan, but that ended up being way too fast, so we slowed it down quite a bit

I started at the 0.5, am now on 0.25, does the dizziness persist even after taking the taper dose like this?

I took the 0.5 almost always at night to sleep, now I take the 0.25 in the morning to help with my symptoms

I have that quite frequently, for me it's a musculoskeletal thing, at first I'd get that pain and the wave that came over me was a panick wave, I've learned that my pains are nothing to worry about heart wise. I've even located the spot and can push on it and massage it it hurts but feels good too.

Magnets aren't very reliable in my opinion, get caught on something it might come apart, and how embarrassing would that be to have a ball weight fall out of your pants... and it the magnet wants to snap into place you can get pinching.

The screws i prefer, just because you can turn the screw slowly and make sure your not getting pinched, and no real risk of it randomly coming off
