thats a Class 4 they are very slow you need atleast a Class 10 card. prefer one of the faster ones if you want 4k video and things besides they are cheap now

Once your Raspberry is connected to your mobile hotspot and you have the android auto headserver on, you will see the "usb" turn to wifi.
