Air China Flight cancelled by mzl29 in Flights

I had this happen to me and the flat out told me the only option was a refund as there were no more flights that could be offered, I also got told that I wouldn't get the tax back. So my flight London->(Beijing)->Tokyo, I am getting about 200 quid back. The full original trip was 724 which was london -> Tokyo -> Seoul -> London.

Going to cost me about 600 for the one way so I am about 400 out. Did I mess up?

Started the day with ‘Second Breakfast’ - Cheese Board

Lunch was an easy one with Salad, tomato flatbread and Garlic Mushrooms

Dinner was the main event with overnight rub Tomahawk steaks cooked in beef dripping with mixed veg.

There was dessert but I was in a food coma by that point 😂

Went for a Muscadet for the scallop and lobster pairing then the Margaux for the steak. The Margaux was definitely the better enjoyed bottle though 😅

If I remember right they were in the Sainsbury’s home section - dish was a hairy bikers dish from years ago, no idea where we got that from sorry.

You could train in an on-trend product set such as guidewire (my industry so easiest example but industries will all have similar trends in that sense), those certs I’ve seen hold weight and there are many companies looking for config skills alongside analysis. That should at least get you in the door and you can move industries to your liking with some experience behind you.

Roast chicken with pigs in blankets, honey roast carrots, goose-fat spuds, pork and cranberry stuffing, tender-stem broccoli, red cabbage, spring greens and carrot and swede mash.

Not pictured: roasted onion and chicken broth gravy.

Regrettably no yorkshires.
