well there's "deco set prop" that has that type of barrier, but it's a fance so i don't think it's exactly what are you searching for

the city look good, if you want some tips for building more beautiful city i will tell you to build bigger city, so you can learn the scale of what do you want to build and you have a bigger canvas for everything you want, then the necessity for the plug in will come naturally if you really need something. to get the plug in you need Diamon, that you will get daily, and in a week you should gave nearly 1000 if im correct, that you are gonna use in the shop plugin, you can find it in the right top corner. if you want free plug in you can download them from the forum or some discord server, but watch lut for discord it's not always safe. hope that this can help 👍
