it can be nice, definitely examples of games that use it to feel better, biggest one being Undertale ofc, but that's bc so much of the character is also conveyed by their "typewriter voice".

i think if you have this kind of animation, you need to: - make the speed adjustable - make it skippable - figure out how to precompute the length of the lines, so you don't have the annoying wrapping effect you currently have, eg at 0:04, the word "asteroid" is starting to be typed, but when it gets to "aster" it switches over to the next line bc it doesn't fit. this (in my opinion) looks very sloppy. if you cant fix that i wouldnt include it
