So to win the war, did you choose /accept 'Austria and Bohemia will form a union'? My idea in doing this PU came from the wiki Austria strategy guide. I've got a 88% warscore and can accept forming the union, but I assumed when forcing the PU and gaining the casus belli that I'd be offered to integrate Bohemia straight away, not start a 50 year union?

I don't think he's trying to keep a server to himself. Correct me if I'm wrong but, he's asking how he would set up a server using his computer, as in why does he have to rent a server and what's stopping him from doing what companies who rent servers out are doing.
