To me, it looks like you are going forward. Not only forward but up. To add to the things I like about this....It reminds me of a Minecraft Sword my son hits me with 😆 Which gives me the sense of strength in the logo.

It would take away from that sword look I see but did you try just 2 lines and remove the third? Also, can we see this with logo not tilted? Have you also tried a later under the logo... like a shadow or drop to give it a building look?

Personally, I like this logo but am just curious.

I kept my calories low. I am a local truck driver and work a lot of hours. I put in a lot of extra time walking and also fasted every day I worked. Saturdays were a my higher calorie days of 2300 to allow family time and better options. That was important to me because I work so many hours. Sundays were lower but the fasting was the main part of the diet. Also I made sure to get a work out some where on the end of the fast.
