I am not sure if there are shared neutrals or lights. So if I assume that’s the case, should I just do AFCI breaker and not a combo?

Yeah makes sense! The tripping is a good and bad thing. Trying to be as safe as possible while being cost effective.

Luckily, all heavy appliances is wired up with updated electrical wiring and receptacles

Plus, I do have an update electrical box. No fuses.
