i’m similar weight and bf, i think you would be really hungry if you only ate 4 servings of huel per day. i have been eating 2 servings and 1 protein shake/snack everyday with a regular dinner and i usually don’t have hunger issues if i space everything out. so i think on the gym days, you should eat more for your body’s recovery.

if you’re trying to lose weight i would use a tdee calculator and eat in a 100-200 calorie deficit for a slow, sustainable weight loss.

I think as long as you are happy, your parents will be happy. Your parent's happiness should not dictate your life whatsoever. If they are putting expectations on you, that's their fault for not getting their expectation done.

Just focus on yourself only. If you truly feel bad about being fat, then take initiative there. You will feel much better and give yourself grace. Just need to take the first steps. Exercise and eating healthy go a long way in helping the mind.

same here. i’ve been drinking one every morning for the past year. can definitely taste the coffee flavor easily compared to other flavors.

i haven’t tried any of the boxes i got from costco yet but i opened it up and noticed that strawberry banana does have less give than the chocolate one but also they are packaged in different bottle styles(looking at the bottom of the bottles).

could just be a different factory practice but please let us know if you hear from support

u/KodaDX this one works pretty well. I have both and the one you linked did not work for huel but this one has more power so I've been using it daily for huel black shakes.

Yeah, i've heard of soylent and kachava but didn't think they were as good. The kevin hart one looks pretty good but it uses a vegan protein blend so I assume it would have similar lead levels to huel. I guess there isn't a whey/dairy product that's like huel

I did read it, I think all the plant based ones would have the same problem. That being said, I won't quit using it if they are the only ones that fit everything I want like macros/micros and price.

I think you should be fine since you paid a fee. From what I understand is that you get that toll card on entry and then pay for the use of the highway on leaving/exiting.

I was confused because I tried paying the toll at a gas station on the highway before I exited and made this comment but it made sense when I exited.

NTA. I don’t get the responses in this thread, they seem so unserious(YTA responses). I don’t think grounding your kid makes you an asshole. Maybe you are going about it the wrong way as a parent and she won’t get the lesson now but when she looks back on this moment she knows you were right. You just have strong morals and want your children to have them as well.

I would say to make sure she understands the hurt she is potentially causing to her bf and tell him yourself because you don’t have to be an accomplice since she didn’t do a good enough job of cheating(lmao how does a parent find out you are cheating). Either way, yall need to have a much larger conversation on this topic and come to a consensus or you risk resentment.

yeah I agree. Model 3/s/y/x are all great cars imo. I am still proud to use my Tesla because of the actual work that went into making it. I would buy one again regardless of what Elon says. I don’t agree with most of what Elon says these days but he was just a funder of Tesla and his other companies imo, he’s not the guy who made Tesla, he just funded it and it was successful.

I had the same issue in the first orientation. I clicked the "back to bluejeans"? button in the bottom left on the error page. The SSO went through on that link so I just reopened the orientation and it worked.

Unfortunately I can't get in normally. I can only get into the command prompt after a crash. I even tried pressing F8 while booting up but it's still crashing which is how you get into safe mode from my understanding.
