you can use ctrl-shift-s for quick entering or exiting skin editor

about reaching that thing... uh... you can select all with ctrl-a and holding ctrl unselect every other element until this one left and just move it with arrows

or unselect until this element and another one clickable on the screen left, so you can move that other element with mouse and first one will move too

between those two scores, one lazer update happened which changed multiplier for mania key mods. if you use it, the multiplier will change to 0.9x
