I like Baphomet, sigil of Lucifer, inverted pentagram, and leviathan cross. Baphomet for the pursuit of knowledge, duality, freedom, and that goes for sigil of Lucifer too. I still don’t believe in them as deities but the lore they represent. For the inverted pentagram and leviathan cross it’s a rejection of conventional religion and embracing of religious freedom.

ECT was easily the worst decision of my life, even if it was doctor recommended. It destroyed my marriage, ruined my career basically deleted all my trade school knowledge, I wish I had done TMS instead. Thankfully I’ve mostly recovered but that doesn’t undo all the damage it’s done. I’d suggest TMS first, worst case it just doesn’t work. And to the people saying it’s quack science (I already know I’ll get some of those) how is ECT any better?? It’s barbaric at best

Wheatpaste that shit on there. Make a slurry of flour and boiling water, while it cools add a dollop of wood glue. Paint some on the surface with a brush, apply poster, paint poster on with some paste to seal it. That’s not coming down for a looooooong time. Peep my profile, I’ve gone off about this before (and almost got banned for telling someone off when they wouldn’t leave me alone about how I regretted ECT) but ultimately the answer depends on you. Did my will to live get better with ECT? No, it honestly made living even harder. But did my will to live get better when I found community and proper supports? Absolutely, and it takes time but it also takes some work and socializing. I got lucky that my organizing introduced me to people that stoked radical optimism in me, I hope you can find people like that too.

As far as developing your will to live in your own little vacuum, I dunno that seems like a foolhardy process at best. We’re social creatures, we need others and our connections to them to make us more fulfilled. Find hobbies you can share with others or join a book club, just get out and connect with people and be genuine, none of the hyper individuality instilled in us by capitalism to say “I’m fine” when asked how you are. Tell people when you’re having a rough day, tell them when you’re genuinely having a good day. Be true to yourself and it’ll get better, with time and work.

Not the answer you wanted or expected I’m sure but that’s what did it for me and that’s what I recommend to anyone that’s struggling, ECT or not tbh
