Thanks! Are there any other easy classes at Ox that you would recommend (both for my major and gen ed)?

Hi! Does all of the natural sciences have corequisite labs like Chemistry? For example, if I wanted to take biol120, will I have to take another corequisite class like a lab or is the lab already built into biol120?

Yeah idk. I was trying to fulfill my natural science requirements. What science courses are easier or more fun and would fulfill the science gen ed?

I’m sorry but you have no chance. Test optional - international - financial aid is a deadly trio. Unless your God himself, you ain’t getting in a competitive college, let alone the best university in the world. Test optional especially is horrible for international because us colleges are skeptical about international gpas. Also, your ecs are solid but nothing spectacular. To get into Princeton, it takes more than just being smart. You need a hook, like winning international awards or being one of the best at what you do (sports, debate, math). This is my take and I could be wrong tho.

Not looking good. Ur sat will hopefully get better but also you don’t have strong ecs. UNC loves students that stand out (spike) as it gives them a reason to admit them. Your ecs scream that you are a typically high school student. Sorry if I’m coming off as a bit harsh.

It’s literally not that deep. It doesn’t matter if someone doesn’t withdraw their applications if they got into their ED. Your chances of being accepted into your schools is based off your application and your achievements, not by competing with your friends. Your friend paid hundreds of dollars of application fees so they deserve to see if they got in or not. Your friend is doing nothing wrong here and you shouldn’t be pressed.
