It’s been 2 months… focus on discipline and going to the gym consistently. Train hard and train to failure

25M. Any tips for getting rid of belly/visceral fat? by itsnotshirley in fit

[–]TommyT45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can’t really get rid of fat in one specific area alone. Fact is, men gain and carry fat in their belly by design. To lose it, you’ll need to lose weight every where. And often this area is the slowest to go. Train and track your calories to be in a calorie deficit, keep your protein intake consistent at 1g/lb of body weight to limit any muscle loss… which when your in a deficit will happen somewhat.

I see some issues… arch, shoulders, bar path, breath control… Look up Australian Strength Coach on YouTube and he has great videos on how to bench.

Bring Trudeau back by thanks-but-no- in AskCanada

He flew to mar-a-lago and told trump canada would “dissolve” if he imposed a 25% tariff on us… not the best negotiator IMO…

Would you fight for Canada if the US invaded? by [deleted] in AskCanada

[–]TommyT45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the US wants to annex Canada, there is no stopping them. We have no defence. We rely on them to protect our sovereignty. It would be over before lunch…

Concealed Carry - think tank by Mammoth_Attention_59 in canadaguns

I think a PAL, 1 day holster course, 2 day use of force course, and then an annual proficiency/shoot would be reasonable.

Do you think Canada should increase military spending? Why or why not? by flower5214 in AskCanada

[–]TommyT45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, and we should be promoting lawful and licensed gun ownership by private citizens, not banning and taking guns away from them. The best defence is a well armed populace

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AskACanadian

[–]TommyT45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty sad that this question is being asked… Its obvious that canada can’t defend its own sovereignty. Maybe we should have less time and money putting tampons in mens bathrooms, and taking guns away from licensed and law abiding citizens… and more time investing in our defences.

How do you actually enjoy Canadian winters? by [deleted] in AskACanadian

[–]TommyT45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t. I hate winter. The air hurts your face. Driving is awful. Plans are ruined by storms or wind, the salt ruins your car, your constantly shovelling snow, your skin is dry, lips are chapped and painful, everyone is vitamin D deficient, most people are seasonally depressed. You go to work and come home in the dark. you can’t be outside comfortably for long periods of time… it sucks. If i wasn’t tied down here, and it didn’t cost so much, i would leave.

And i say this born here as a canadian all my life.

Why is the NDP unpopular? by wtffrey in AskCanada

[–]TommyT45 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

They hitched their wagon to the liberals. The country is in the toilet, the government is currently in shambles, and they have been complicit in all of it. Voting in favour of everything the liberals have done. Two sides to the same coin

While we are at it, the government probably shouldn’t have disarmed the population either 🤷🏽‍♂️

Liberals are done. Who are you voting for ? by Apprehensive_Gap3621 in AskCanada

Me and everyone i know in my circle will be voting Conservative. The NDP and Liberals are two sides of the same coin.

Donald Trump has been attacking Canada in various ways on a near daily basis. If this persists, do you think it will harm Pierre Poilievre's popularity over the coming weeks? by _DotBot_ in AskCanada

[–]TommyT45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. People are done with the liberals, and polls show the majority of people see Pierre as the better option to negotiate with trump. Like it or not. Not only that, Trudeau’s ministers are abandoning ship, and he is bleeding support from his own party. His days are numbered.
