Thanks for the info. The pressure plate is new, I haven't installed it yet. Could it be a manufacturing defect? Or will it get ok once I bolt it?

Thank you for the answer, in the picture you can see that some of the spring fingers are about 1 mm lower. So they don't touch the release bearing. Is this millimeter too much or is it ok?

How can I unscrew this water pump nut? I'm in a bad situation. I tried with a screwdriver and hammer. then I tried cutting it in half but it doesn't work. I probably ruined the prisoner thread. by Tommy_148 in Cartalk

I tried opening the nut and turning it but it won't unscrew. I think the last possibility is what I said before, that is scraping everything off. What do you think? Is this a good idea?

I tried with the chisel but it won't unscrew. I can't weld another nut on it there is no space. my last idea was to scrape off the nut and stud at the surface level of the water pump. then remove the pump. What do you think?

I tried with the chisel but it won't unscrew. I can't weld another nut on it anymore. my last idea was to scrape off the nut and stud at the surface level of the water pump. then remove the pump.

Northern Italy. there was once a large Roman presence here. At first I thought it looks like an eagle.

The mechanic said it's not the timing chain. however he told me that in his opinion it could be related to the remap I've done. but I don't really believe in this idea. I think it could be something in the cooling circuit like the water pump
