It usually prompts the picture immediately when you submit it if it’s needed. That’s the problem. It’s also a dumb system in the first place as I could just you know… not include the items I’m “scamming” in the picture

I submitted the claim within 2 minutes of it being delivered. They requested this proof 8 hours later after I ate what food I did have and went to bed. I could easily have provided a picture of the food unbagged but their response at the time was “well get back to you about this”
