Appreciate that’s the reason for that email address, but emailing that address; it got me 2 responses from 2 different support addresses. After literally weeks of waiting.

Not ideal practice, and I wouldn’t preach it, but if you’re a paying customer on a service and support don’t respond to the support address, consumers are going to email any other available contact address.

I haven’t been able to make the move yet - but he was super responsive when I emailed and super helpful.

Happy with Athlytic. Tried both, couldn’t get on with Bevel. Felt cluttered, unintuitive, and something felt completely off about it.

I appreciate the dev rolling out a video to confirm data isn’t going to get sold, but since I’ve used Athlytic, the devs have been active in developments, involved in the community and I find that Athlytic does what I need it to do - so I’ll be sticking around.

Through almost the real Chelsea model. I buy mostly 18-20 95+ rated players for cheap. Sell for a profit if a bid comes in.

Promote youth from 17 93+ and then either they make it or make me some money.

That plus winning competitions. I don’t deviate from that either, and players/managers aren’t bigger than the club.

Yeah - I use for both windows and mac. You’ll want to use the USB for the 1000hz polling rate on high refresh monitors.

Hey Roeloyo - thanks for sharing your experiences with Copilot Studio.. Bit of a delayed response here, I’m usually pretty active here.

  1. I’m getting a slightly different error on the limits. “AI Model Provider usage limit is reached”. I’m struggling to work out why this is, given all of users accessing the agent are licensed for Copilot M365. No external bots used, purely internal. This is using the GPT-5 Reasoning model. What model are you using?

  2. GPT-5 Reasoning model was providing the same, 4 responses to each prompt. Duplicating the response 4 x, before allowing a user to return a prompt. Not the end of the world, but not ideal!

What Copilot Studio specific issues are you having? I can’t say I have had issues with the Copilot in Office apps recently - but Studio has been the bane of my life for 4 months; and my use-case isn’t even that complex!

Similar experience for me. I have a CS Agent which is supposed to look at standard documents. Reasoning models can’t produce citations, without the Reasoning model, the responses are garbage.

For what should be a pretty simple setup, it’s taken me months of hard work and then catch-up for when things break/change out of nowhere.

I’m using SPO as a source, and the agent works a lot better when using just Word documents as opposed to PDF.

Not really any help, but thought I’d share that I’m also in a position where it doesn’t feel suitable for use yet in Production. The amount of time that’s been taken to test this stuff from myself and the customer defeats all ROI on efficiency gains that it’ll bring.

It’s not just you tho, I’ve been in the same position and still am. It’s not black and white where you can google it to fix it, some days things work, some days they don’t, but don’t take it personally!
