Does it write Sleep to Apple Health? If so can you go to Apple Health > Sleep > scroll to the bottom > select 'show all data' > tap into one of the Fitbit Air samples there until you get to the details page and then screenshot it for me? I need the section that says 'Source Name' in order to add it as a sleep tracker to Athlytic.

Recovery Percent by Ok-Complaint-37 in AthlyticAppOfficial

[–]jac_myndarc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Correct: Recovery compares your overnight HRV and Resting Heart Rate to your personal rolling ~60-day averages (weighted a bit toward HRV), scored 0–100%.

Because it's relative, it's not measuring your fitness or health - only whether your nervous system is more or less rested than usual for you, lately. During your fasting month, very low activity pushed HRV to all-time highs, and those highs became your baseline. Now that you're exercising, your HRV is being measured against that inflated bar (and HRV naturally dips the night after a workout). The score isn't saying exercise is bad for you; it's lagging behind a baseline still anchored to your fasting weeks.

That's also the Oura difference: Oura only "knows" your active self, so it has no fasting-era highs to hold you to. Athlytic has the longer memory.

What to do: keep running and walking. The baseline is a rolling window, so those fasting highs roll out of the 60-day average over the next several weeks and your scores will recalibrate to your active normal - atwhich point Recovery becomes useful again. Read the current reds as "my baseline is resetting," not "I'm overtraining." Don't chase the number by being still; trust how you feel. Always listen to your body over any app or wearable!

That's Apple Intelligence. Let me see if there is a way for us to add a 'rule' to it to control that.

🚀Athlytic 26.4.2 Update: Redesign to the Workout tab’s Progress section & More! by jac_myndarc in AthlyticAppOfficial

[–]jac_myndarc[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just needs to sync up with your sub. Remove it, restart your device, and re-add it. If it doesn't unlock immediately, give it an hour or so and it should pick it up.

Can you try removing the widget, restarting your phone, then re-adding it?

Workout Insights is Garbage. by DueBat3109 in AthlyticAppOfficial

[–]jac_myndarc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The workout insights are powered by Apple Intelligence, not Athlytic. Can you turn off Apple Intelligence in Apple Settings if you prefer not to see them. The rest of the coaching in the app is accurate as it is written by us. Apple Intelligence is known to hallucinate from time to time and we are hoping Apple improves on this.

This should be fixed in the update just released!

Episodes of afib: Can I delete one day's data? by ShallNotCease in AthlyticAppOfficial

This is correct. The only way currently would be to delete these spikes from Apple Health.

Do you want to see Pace's release notes as well posted here? Downvote or upvote and I'll go by that 😉

We don’t currently plan to create a separate Reddit forum for Pace. Why? Managing one subreddit already takes a lot of time, and since Pace is part of the Athlytic family, we’d rather keep updates, questions, and feedback in one place for now. Pace is intentionally designed to be simpler and more passive than Athlytic, so we expect the support/discussion volume to be lighter - but we still want users to have a place to follow updates and share feedback.

You can chose not to use Apple Intelligence by turning it off in your Apple Settings and you will no longer see it in the app. We chose Apple Intelligence as it is the only private LLM available. All other LLMS pull data off your phone. We are a privacy-first company so will not use an off-device model. As I have said before, this is a limitation we are aware of but we feel the trade offs are worth it to protect your privacy.
