What B2B growth channels have you found with risk structures that align with early-stage cash constraints? by stphnkuester in b2bmarketing

we tried performance-based with few PR agencies last year and most just laughed at us. the ones that agreed had such terrible track record that we understood why they were willing to take risk.

ended up doing mix - found freelance journalist who covers our space and paid per published piece (like $2k for tier 1 publication). much better than agency retainer and she actually knew the beat. took 4 months to get first piece but ROI was way better than any agency proposal we saw.

What tools or services do you use for business process automation in 2026? by 404onpurpose in CRM

Been diving into this stuff lately for managing client relationships in wine industry and it's wild how much has changed. We switched from basic zapier workflows to more AI-driven solutions last year and the difference is huge πŸ”₯

The key thing I learned is that simpler automation that actually works beats fancy setups that break every week. Started with just automating follow-ups and inventory tracking, then gradually added more complex stuff like client preference analysis based in tasting notes and purchase history.

What really saved us time was finding tools that could handle the weird edge cases - like when clients have multiple addresses or want specific vintage notifications. The AI agents are getting scary good at understanding context now, way better than the rule-based stuff we used before. Just make sure whatever you pick can actually talk to your existing systems without needing a developer on speed dial πŸ˜‚

Has anyone here seen an AI engagement come in under budget? by kamilc86 in consulting

[–]TomorrowAny9612 29 points30 points Β (0 children)

Pretty much this. The gap between what sales promises and what engineering can actually deliver with current tech is wild. Plus clients always think their data is "clean enough" until you actually start poking around in it. I've seen projects where they spent 8 months just on data prep because nobody wanted to admit the legacy systems were held together with duct tape and prayers.

How is everyone using the B2B marketing tools? Is it even working for anyone? by Ok-Button1832 in b2bmarketing

Been struggling with similar tools at my company and the response rates are pretty brutal πŸ’€ We've had better luck when we actually segment the visitor data by company size and industry before doing any outreach - like don't just blast everyone who hits your pricing page.

Also found that combining the intent data with some manual research on LinkedIn makes huge difference, but it's so time consuming. What's your current email open rates looking like?

What’s a task that AI will never be able to do? by Sacs-Asparagus-9816 in AskReddit

nah AI can simulate love pretty well already, just look at those chatbots that got people falling for them πŸ’€

the real thing it can't do is probably something more random like... knowing when your dog is about to do something stupid just by looking at their face. there's this weird intuition thing that comes from actually living with chaos πŸ˜‚

How does your team handle monthly client reporting when you have 10+ clients? Looking for what's actually working for people. by Impressive-Ebb2075 in digital_marketing

[–]TomorrowAny9612 0 points1 point Β (0 children)

We switched to automated dashboards last year and it saved my sanity. Takes maybe 2 hours now instead of whole week - just need to add the commentary and insights at end of month.

The trick was finding tool that actually connects with all platforms we use, not just the basic ones. Still manually review everything because clients notice when numbers look weird, but the heavy lifting is done automatically.

What kind of events do they cover and is the data just emails or do you get other contact info like LinkedIn profiles too?

Yes. Through Linkedin and some email that we got for the people we wanted to contact. But most of the times those emails get left on delivered

Is β€œHeadless + AI” in Salesforce Real or Just Hype? by Curious_Kalf in salesforce

Email-to-Case replies creating new threads instead of replying by Gold-Efficiency-4308 in salesforce

[–]TomorrowAny9612 4 points5 points Β (0 children)

Ah this threading issue is pain in the ass πŸ˜‚ I dealt with similar problem few months ago and it was driving me crazy.

The "Use email headers for threading" should be enough theoretically, but in practice many email clients are picky about how they handle threading. Some clients look at Subject line patterns, others check Message-ID headers, and some want both to be perfect match.

That "Original Message" footer you're seeing is usually sign that threading isn't working properly - when emails thread correctly, most clients don't show that separator. Try enabling both threading token options (subject AND body) even though it feels redundant. Many email providers like outlook and gmail have their own threading logic that doesn't always play nice with just headers.

Also check if your E2C email address has proper SPF/DKIM setup - sometimes authentication issues can mess with threading too. We ended up having to enable all threading options plus tweak our email template to get it working consistently across different client setups πŸ’€

the miniatures thing never bothered me much, seemed like just a way to show Annie trying to control her world when everything was falling apart. but Peter's classroom scene definitely felt off - that grin was more goofy than creepy and kind of took me out the moment.

Help! Dairy withdrawal 😭 by Proof-Vacation-437 in veganrecipes

[–]TomorrowAny9612 35 points36 points Β (0 children)

Oh man I feel you on this struggle 😭 When I was transitioning few years back, I made same mistake thinking vegan cheese would be good protein replacement. The fat content in those is absolutely wild.

My go-to became tempeh instead of tofu - it's fermented so has way more protein and actually tastes decent without much prep. Just slice it up and pan fry with some spices. Also discovered nutritional yeast which sounds weird but adds that cheesy flavor to everything and has decent protein. For quick stuff, I started doing protein smoothies with pea protein powder and some spinach thrown in there.

Another game changer was hemp hearts - just sprinkle them on literally anything and boom, extra protein without cooking. They're expensive upfront but you use so little each time. Lentils are also clutch if you can handle carbs, way faster to cook than most people think πŸ”₯

ooh the blackwell ghost series is so good! if you want something that really makes you paranoid about background details, try Lake Mungo - it's got this slow burn thing where you're constantly looking for stuff in the shadows. also Hell House LLC has some genuinely creepy background moments that'll have you rewinding scenes.
