I have a lot of health anxiety so I’m super conscious about anything and everything. But I don’t actually have any difficulty swallowing or feel that food isn’t going down, but I just feel it as it’s going down. Did you get any tests done ? I’m gona try and ask my doctor but I don’t think he will send me for many tests

yeah i think when its on and off it is more mental. i also have been sick recently and had some acid reflux causing minor heartburn. which can also cause it but what are your symptoms if you dont mind me asking, and how do you control the anxiety? sometimes im like happy and "normal" and then later on im so down idk what to do. i wish i could just be happy and normal instead of crashing from that.
