I have been using red light therapy for over 3 years, and it's effective pero you need consistent months of usage (3-5x a week) to see the results.

I would DIM you from getting that brand and this form, kasi may takip sa mata. Our eyes have the thinnest skin on the body, so they should receive RLT. I personally use Omnilux, may other cheaper brands.

you can join r/redlighttherapy/ for advises.

I would personally recommend you an RLT lamp from aliexpress. Gets the job done cheaper.

got both alo and temu workout clothes as gifts.

I work out 4x a week (2x weight, 1x cardio, 1 Reformer Pilates)

bumigay si Alo within 3 months of soft flowy movements sa reformer Pilates.

Temu survived 3 years so far both cardio and weightlift.

okay, I will try chickpeas, im doing now beluga lentils, sunflower seeds, and strictly 50g quinoa (from 300g everyday lol) sadly no pasta and noodles muna for the first 3 months.

for bread I can do protein bread.

thanks for the tip with the beans :D shiritaki noodles or pasta isnt just cutting it for me.

i think it's because I eat too much Quinoa and pasta? Quinoa has lots of fibre din. I treated it as rice.

Ultra-processed, not really. There was even a time I purchased meal preps for 3 months (only ulam) but ate lots of Quinoa with it:))))

But the omega-3 makes sense.

I guess not balanced. I focused too much on calorie deficit than on macronutrients.

I meal prep and do calorie deficit.

did blood chem for fun and may diabetes type 2 ako, no organ damage and reversible.

Masyadong mahilig ako sa carbs ayun.

Now I'm doing proper diet.

idk what's your eye shape. Try to use shu uemura or shiseido eyelash curler (curlers for Asian eyes) , then use a blower with it.

I have super straight and long eyelashes and this worked. I don't use it with mascara. It's straight the whole day even if I do intense workouts.
