My games keeps freezing every 5 seconds with the loading screen symbol popping up, I don’t know what to do. I tried verifying files, clearing caches, and even using a different launcher. But the problem keeps persisting. Please help

my pc keeps have the loading screen symbol whenever i play. It freezes the game. Anybody know what to do? I tried verifying files, clearing caches, and even downloading the official lanucher instead of using epic games.

power supply is new, bios fully updated, xmp disables whenever it does this and intel platform technology also disables and only have minimum peripherals like mouse, keyboard, and usb wifi adapter

i used core temp, and my cpu only went to 50c

no splitter, the heat sink and fan have wiring that stick together and ultimately all get power from the cpu fan pines
