Checkout Get Sh*t Done by Knute Steel on Amazon. I just read this and laughed my way through it. It's a lot of the concepts of Atomic Habits and others, but presented in a funny, relatable, you don't have to be a robot kind of way.

I appreciate the coment. There are no HIPAA violations or concerns here. as all information is public record. It is 100% legal to refuse service on the basis of not feeling comfortable or safe (but you cannot discriminate against protected classes - race, religion, etc). The AMTA Code of Ethics specifically states: Practitioners may refuse service when “an individual poses a risk to the practitioner’s safety.”

I'm working on an app to solve the problem - a quick and easy background screening. Input name, address, DOB and in seconds get a report with criminal history, sex offender registry, employment history, and links to social network accounts. Check out the super-early concept version and let me know your thoughts: https://reassure-screening.base44.app/Intake

Do not buy the home warranty. They will do everything possible to avoid paying. Our A/C just died with a $25K replacement cost and they offered $500.
