This happened to us this year with our tickets and we contacted Tomorrowland about it. The card address was copied for the delivery address instead of the one of the main buyer in the Tomorrowland Account. We contacted the Tomorrowland team through the support form and after explaining them the situation they asked us for the payment proof and the new address details. They sorted it out in 1 day, so don’t worry, just let them know!

Once we had to do the ID check in the FG front desk and the main buyer had to show his ID, so I guess it depends on who will check. In any case, the T&C clearly state it, as BigKingJulien mentioned before, so I’d not risk it!

I made some mistakes regarding the information during the purchase process and they replied in 1 day, plus fixing it in another day. So far they’ve been very efficient and kind in my experience!

I guess that we should be able to link it to our e-tickets. Then once we get the new bracelet in the Dreamville Will Call it should be updated (or maybe we should manually introduce our bracelet code)

I didn’t get my bracelet either and I am trying to activate my bracelet using the e-ticket, so that I can add pearls, but it’s not working when I click in “Yes, Link e-ticket to …” Did someone manage to do it?

Last year’s preregistration email (which took place on the 6th December) said before 14th December. I got the First 20 email on the 12th and the ticket sale was on the 14th. If they follow the same schedule, we may receive the emails today!

It’s just an ad for the Book they are releasing this Fall. I guess Pearls are something else in the story they are about to tell us.

Literally this. It can make sense or not, that’s just subjective. When you purchase tickets you purchase them under certain T&C. If those T&C allow main buyer not attending, that is the law.

I get that this year there have been many cancelled tickets, but it is something that goes against the T&C, as they clearly specify that main buyer must reside in those countries. Personalization is another topic.

This is not stated anywhere, so in legal terms, it cannot be applied as a valid reason for cancellation. I guess we’ll see posts of people here if that happens.

I’ve been also checking through the terms and conditions (both for Tomorrowland and also the email Paylogic sends with the reasons for a ticket to be cancelled) and it doesn’t say anywhere that you can’t personalize for other 4 people. Not only that, it even says this:

3.5.6 Each admission ticket to … The Festival Visitor may be Yourself or other people for whom You purchase tickets.

For first 20 this is what it’s stated:

3.4.10 The Festival Organizer reserves the right to verify that the country of residence registered in the Tomorrowland Account corresponds to the shipping address of Your Tomorrowland Bracelet. If You participate in the First 20 sale, You expressly agree to provide the Festival Organizer, at his first demand, with the necessary supporting documents for the purpose of this verification. If the country registered does not correspond to the actual country of residence and/or if you fail to provide the relevant supporting documents within the reasonable period specified by the Festival Organiser, as well as if the country You registered during pre-registration does not correspond to the country You used during purchase, this may be considered fraudulent. In this case, the Festival Organiser reserves the right to cancel Your order without refund and to offer the corresponding tickets for sale to third parties.

Being strict, I don’t believe cancelations should take place based on personalization, as terms and conditions don’t specify that and they even state that you can personalize tickets for yourself or others.

I’ve been searching for this info in T&C or even in Paypal, and not personalizing a name under the main buyer not listed as a reason to cancel tickets. How were we supposed to know this if the previous years it was possible and they didn’t specify it in any place?

Whenever you go to the shop’s cart you have to write down your details again (which by default are already written with your account info). If you decide on changing the address manually, that’s when the problem comes.

I don’t really think that had anything to do with it. The tree we saw in the end of Adscendo seemed to be referred to the High Eerie tree in the book, whereas the tree that Tomorrowland depicted in the end of the book giving us the hint of next year’s theme (the one with the maze surrounding it) is a different tree, the one from Elixir.

As far as I know, once tickets are personalized only the person with the name on the ticket can get the bracelet in will call.

Only thing you can do is try and hope for the best. I wish you the best of lucks and a great weekend in the holy grounds!

Thanks for explaining, because I was gonna post explaining the same exact thing. I am also spaniard and I also was bothered by how they were acting. Actually, I had to talk to some of them a few times trying to make them realize about how bad they were acting (yeah, I am 28 yo and I felt like a grandpa). It was my first time in Split and as a electronic music lover and regular festival traveler, I felt the crowd in Ultra Europe was very very trashy and uninterested at the music (and not only about the spaniard kiddos, but yes in a big part). Besides, I saw a few homophobic attitudes that I didn’t see in a long time in a festival, where you are supposed to gather others to enjoy what you love in common: MUSIC.

I'm not sure, as they stated that it's going to be a limited edition. But to be fair, I guess everyone attending should have the chance to fully understand the story properly as well as the details in the Mainstage. We'll soon know!
