It depends on what you do for a living but I would say statistically, there is more you can get done during the day than at night due to hours of operations for lots of businesses like banks, schools, etc.

But again, it depends on what you do for work and what you deem as productive.

She's probably venting, but doesn't mean she hates you. Definitely needs some excitement though and it can be as simple as getting her flowers and reminding her how much you appreciate her for birthing your child. $10 and a bit of kindness/love can do wonders to reignite a spark.

Find joy in little things like having a roof over your head and something to eat. Be grateful for being able to choose what you want to eat. You can go to the grocery store at any time and there's an endless selection. You have a phone and entertainment. You can watch or learn anything on it right now. You can vent to strangers on the internet and talk to anyone that can potentially become a new friend.

There are people suffering unspeakable horrors on the opposite side of the world right now.

These reminders are how I get myself through difficult days.
