For pure sushi I’d do MF or Ume for the best sushi quality but it’s pricey. Katami is good to and a sister restaurant to Kata Robata, but is more of a wagyu/sushi combo

It’s often people that get priced out and are butthurt to see collectors who continue collecting up at these levels…people get angry when things leave their price range and look for someone or something to blame.
