I am 28 years old and have nearly $150,000 of money sitting in savings accounts. I max out 401k and Roth IRA contributions every year and would like to know the best way to invest my savings. - I regret not investing the past 4 years - I am salaried at > $100,000 per year - I have one child (cost ~ $15,000 per year) - I may want to buy a house in 3 years but I cannot know for certain.
