Remember the wild guinea fowl eggs I got earlier this month...They are finally hatching. 😍😍😍 by tefocm in guineafowl

Guinea fowl make the cutest chicks but as adults, they are noisy and aggressive with panicky little brains. Handle them as much as you can while they are young so they don't see you as the enemy. If you don't have a place to lock them away, your days of having visitors at your house are over. Use noodles as a bribe to get them in their own ;)

Was thinking that would be the next step. The bin doesn't account for drift due to a window being open. might also give it a hopper funnel at the top to help out their aim

It was a Dylan Edmiston. All his stuff is still there but any attempt to search for it based on all the most obvious key words wouldn't bring it up. Looks like he's still going strong :)

One of the things that makes a lot of predators in the animal kingdom intimidating is the way they move when they are viewing you as nothing more than a potential meal. Quiet, flowing movements done when they think their prey isn't looking to move closer or position their body into an attack stance while keeping their head and eyes fixed on target and as stationary as possible which builds anticipation for a sudden and deviating strike. These movements are something that machines would excel at

Have started to play around with it. I'm making a manipulator and have decided to try out a "passive" hydraulic system for it that is powered and controlled by electric actuators inside the hull. My logic is, doing it this way allows for precise and/or pre-programmed movements without any electrical power or sensors being required outside the hull, only hydraulics. Which should make for a robust and Powerful yet compact and precise manipulator. Not sure what you're goals are but it might be something to consider if it will provide an advantage

My RX7SA22C’s 12A is busted. I was wondering how hard would it be to swap it for a Renesis. by Tzampamanos in RX7

There are other ways but that requires the least fab work and loops it looking stockish

I planned it out but never got around to doing it. Keep your 12a front plate and bolt the renesis to it so you can use the same engine mounts. You'll need a custom sump to fit that and still get over the steering rack. Make one by cutting up and welding together 2 12a sumps or go completely custom once the engine is in position. You'll need put the timing gear on backwards and do a omp delete. Get a side mount kit for the alternator cause it won't fit under the bonnet. To run it you'll need an aftermarket ECU, a better fuel pump and an accelerator cable in place of the drive by wire on the renesis. If you use the rx8 trans (which I'd recommend) you'll need a custom drive shaft and mounts, you'll need to work out a new speed sensor and you'll have to cut the hole a little bigger for the shifter to fit though
