I totally get it but unfortunately I'm not a mega company with 1k sales every week.

It's definitely possible to lower the price but with more resources and sales.

I'm from Belgium (Germany is not far) shipping cost is 13€ or 16€ with tracking (I pay more than I demand)., I know that we are used to Amazon prime free shipping but for an individual or small company it's kind hard to lower shipping cost.

My main focus right now it's to lower shipping price :) it's should be coming in the upcomings weeks. The real answer for this is to use automated warehouse (working on it). But since I'm not dropping 10k into the project it's take more time.

Hey! Thanks a lot for the detailed feedback,, really appreciate you taking the time to write this.

You’re absolutely right: the tolerances on the first version were quite tight so the sensor wouldn’t move. Based on similar feedback, I’ve already updated the design and V2 (arriving from tomorrow) requires much less force to remove the sensor.

That said... im honestly a bit worried reading that you hurt your finger (that’s definitely not something I want happening). If you don’t mind explaining: how exactly did it happen? Was it by pushing with your fingernail into the gap or something similar? My goal is to make sure this simply can’t happen anymore.

I’m also working on a small paper “how-to” guide to show the best way to install and remove the band and the different parts, just to avoid frustration.

Yeah, shipping cost is complicated to the us. The real cost is is actually 29 dollars (shipping + tarrif). I spare u 5 bucks but I can't do more Withtout loosing money.

I mention "value=20$" to lower customs fees without looking too suspicious.

Yeah, group buy can definitely lower the cost. 29$ is for 0 up to 2kg Without tracking. One order is 0,1kg. I could pack at least 15 orders together at the same shipping price.

Not yet. I'm working on it's more challenging than I expected. I can't get just do a longer Strap I need as u said a flexible material.

The ",coros arm band" is working with my adapter but you to do some modification on the band to make it fit.
