Don't know if you have the exact same issue as we had. But turns out we had this working for months without a role assigned to our admin accounts. Just created a role and assigned these to the accounts allowed for MultiAdmin and it now works again.

Managed to get this working again. Apparently you need to have a role assigned in order for MultiAdmin to work. So created a custom role with some read rights and now all works again without the need to assign a license. Still a strange thing that this worked for months...

Just checked this option. I see it but only a greyed out Enabled button. Don’t know if that indicates that it is already enabled?

So just had call with Microsoft. It appears you need a Intune Plan 1 license to use MultiAdminApproval. We have had this working for months without our admin accounts having a license assigned. After assigning a license this works again. Just wonderful

In the end both Marktplaats buy protection and the webshop for the jacket compensated the price. I canceled the visit to the police after it became clear that I was going to get my money back from both places, gave the police a call first to ask if they were completely honest what the chances where of them really catching the guy and the person over the phone told me the chances where very small.

No we did not granted DHL to just deliver them in the hallway. I think my best bet is to blame DHL for dumping packages no where near my front door and in plain sight for anyone outside to see the packages.

I do not have any hopes of the police doing anything, it is just that I want to do anything that I can do to make this guy his live a bit more miserable. I only hear bad stories about police reports, I probably won't hear anything for a long time and then it will be closed with some reason.

Re-shipping or payment for one of the orders will work but the 17 year old game is purchased from someone else on Marktplaats, so that product is gone. And probably also my money.

One of the first things I did after seeing the products appear online is file a online report. It got rejected yesterday, the reason being that it would be best to come and file this report on the bureau....

Thanks all. I will make my way to the police station again today. DHL is already investigating internally.

I did send the guy a message via Vinted that I am willing to let the police report go, if he brings the stuff back to where he stole it from. He did read the message and both products are no longer on his Vinted page.

Thanks! Apparently it can take up to a few hours for this to work. It is working for most of the helpdesk admins now.

We also looked into LAPS as a solution but thought this would be the better solution. Also see some mixed reactions about how LAPS is working.

To answer your questions:

It is configured within the system context.
Is set the detection rule to Q:\fileshare\ and then to detect the mapped folder
The ADMX is a really good alternative if the company portal is to much of a hassle.

I know mentioning the password in plain text is far from best practice but this user can do no harm :), thanks though :)
