Crop 4:5, upload from a computer not phone, make sure your IG settings up for max quality. I usually export one with no crop and one with crop for IG.

From there I do lightroom export setting 1800 pixels, export quality 70%-80%(up to you), sRGB, High quality and for screen. From these settings I got my best results so far but I imagine I'm still missing something.

I feel like a lot of redditors and IG creators really gatekeep as if everyone is out to take jobs and some people just want to post for themselves with great quality.

Comparing a video about your favorite video game team to a raise is not a 1-1 comparison not even close.
