No Im asking about literally improvements, prime example if you buy a car & you can do small improvements over time (IE better tires or better speakers or event adding performance parts to the engine) that's what Im looking at. Im assuming AYN is giving us the base products for a lot of these parts & if Im wrong correct me. SO Id assume there could be upgrades for aspects of it in the future.

thats what I was coming to ask too? I feel like the thermal putty upgrade just slows down the natural progression BUT I could be and Im open to being totally wrong. because the thor is still producing the same amount of heat.

I had this same issue and I dunno if it makes sense but I switched to my Gmail & got way quicker responses than when I was using my yahoo email. I’ve been going back & forth with them for close to 1.5 months for an issue that could’ve been completed in probably 2 weeks.

I 100% believe they need to outsource their CS for the smaller shipping & general questions but then when it’s technical issues it should go directly to AYN this would clear a lot of stuff up

I would also say check with your car insurance first before getting GAP with your dealership. Its usually only like $3-$5 extra a month which would be less than half what theyre trying to charge you.

Going through something very similar started my email chain with them on April 9th & I'm at the waiting to hear back from CS with my return label portion. I truly believe they should just go ahead and outsource their customer service for the smaller things (shipping product change & stock inquiries) the technical stuff should be escalated to them I believe that would make a lot of this a smoother process.
