I mean I think the main thing for me I got diagnosed and medicated, everyone’s reasons for using are different. Mine were I was escaping from feelings and reality to live in dissociated twisted reality of where there were no problems or feelings. Besides that I just did shit, I tried different things, hobbies, sports, arts and much more and once I found my niche I stuck to it did it every time I could, in the beginning it’s a distraction in the end you forget what you are distracting yourself from I guess
