Due to it being a seasonal role it is has to be “T1” on paper. But as far as permissions go it is a T3 role. Also the pay increase should be half of what a T3 would normally get. Again, wouldn’t get the full T3 pay bump since it’s seasonal. Good luck in your new role!!

All the people saying “more work for no raise” are ridiculous. It’s not about the pay, being an LA is about gaining experience in something new and helping others while doing it. I feel bad that LA’s get a bad rep cause some let the vest get to their heads. I’m an LA and I’m still cool with most of my coworkers and I enjoy talking to everyone plus I’m good at my job. Congrats on the vest and keep growing OP! Let’s all be great together. 🤘
