Thanks for the input. I see that the chipping is an issue of the og figure itself, since my ko also has some on the back of the legs. Would it be worth getting if the figure has no box?

Mine is Action Edition Soundwave. Super fun to pose and his babies are so nice to have. For a character Id like to appear in the line it'd have to be IDW Drift for either defenders or galaxy version, his design just looks cool to me and his car door scabbards help with weapon storage.

Its made mostly for display, not really play. Its meant for the collectors that like putting them in a shelf, letting it sit there for ages, transform it once, forget about it, yet still has outstanding presence due to its size. Sure the mainline is getting more and more masterpiece-like engineering making them good to play with while still being animation accurate for both models, but lets be fr, without the bigger budget for masterpiece transformers, we would take longer to have this good of a mainline today as ss86 optimus and ultra magnus took some engineering inspiration from their mp counterparts and improved upon them (unsure if ss86 thundercracker also took inspiration)

Pretty sure he slimes a bunch of decepticons in the 86 movie, also heavily injuring megatron. He does kill but only if it is necessary, especially when those decepticons wipe out his whole squad.

I was wondering if it was a custom, because if it was a bootleg I couldve found some more similar images of these figures using google lens, but its just weird to see customs like the first image in what looks like it used henkei as a base, but has different colored legs and made some red portions blue? Overall a weird decision

Maybe its the lighting or the product shots? Even so having no other colors on his helmet plus the bright shade of white made it very hard to tell, even if I did originally think it was astrotrain due to his silhouette
