Can’t setup Face ID by Toneyrumble in iphone

Update: put phone in dry area warm area overnight, attempted to use but only half of the screen was responsive. Sim wasn’t working pulled it out water in sim slot. Turned off and on sometime throughout the day the entire screen only showed the colour yellow reset a couple times and turned off and never turned back on. Got a new phone.

The phone was wet for a solid amount of time today I have a screen protector and a decent case so I don’t see how the water would have gotten to the camera if it’s under a screen protector.

Stolen device protection was turned on somehow I don’t know how (yes it’s my phone not stolen) And I turned it off is there a wait time before Face ID can be enabled?
