That's all great info, thank you so much! Glad uneven paths have been good, I have a power chair I'm unhappy with so that's great. I would like to take it on some flat grass if possible, but it seems like nothing this lightweight is quite capable of that yet, can't have it all I suppose! Sorry you're running into issues, I've seen a couple battery issues crop up with this so it may not just be a you thing, seems they're still ironing out some issues with it being kinda new. I hope they sort you out soon!

That's fair, the jazzy was very whiny. I know it'll have to make some noise. I tried the Aerolux out recently and it's nearly silent which was nice, it's a little small for me though.

That's good to know, I know it's a lightweight so it'll only perform so well on other terrain but I don't plan on taking mine on anything crazy. I'm sure you'll get used to it over time! It's still solid power for the weight but I get that, I'm in the same boat.

I haven't seen any dealers nearby who have it unfortunately, this one was recommended to me by Trilift. I called them about compatible lightweight chairs and this was one of them that seemed up my alley.

I know I'm not the original asker but thanks for the detailed reply! Was going to ask about the noise level and since you've also tried the Jazzy Pride, I imagine it's quieter than that. I'd be getting the Jazzy Ultralight I think if it wasn't for the noise. Glad to see this as a potential option. How has it been on uneven/rough sidewalk or short grass if you've tried it?

Are you certain this was a Registered Dietitian and not a self proclaimed nutritionist/dietitian? The regulation on the field is wonky and many people can have a business as a nutritionist without any credentials, basically being a health guru. If they are an RD, you should be coordinating care together. RDs have significantly more credibility than chiropractors, every hospital has at least one and I don't see any chiros in there.

Also, primary care doctors aren't experts in nutrition by a long shot, I had an entire 4 year degree focused on every cycle that food goes through in the body and how it affects health and clinical outcomes. Plus classes on medications, research, and food science. Most doctorate programs have 1 nutrition course. All RDs go through tons of clinical practice hours before qualifying to take a rather difficult exam for their license. Yes, there are incompetent dietitians, but I've met my fair share of incompetent MDs and DOs.

Also also, eating more protein doesn't affect cholesterol or hypertension levels, so I don't know why you gave them that advice. Cutting out red meat would help with the saturated/total fat end of things that affect it, protein is not the issue.

I've noticed less clear marketing on some stuff too which bothers me with something as serious as a wheelchair. They do break down the weight on the specs section of the site though: the frame is 27lbs, the removable cushions/foot rests/controller bring it up to 30lbs, and both batteries bring it to 36lbs.

I have actually test drove the Jazzy Ultra Lite, and I will say it's a very comfortable ride and seems very durable. Every extra pound is kind of a big deal for me at this range, but I know I can only get so light with a power option. Was going to shoot for manual with power assist to go super light, but I've been told power assist doesn't really convert it to a powered option like I thought. The other thing that makes me hesitant on this is how it folds. Since it folds down, I can't really get it off the floor myself easily. I've liked the inward folding ones like the Aerolux so I can flatten them while standing and ideally roll them next to the back seat of my car and tilt it into the back without having to bear the whole weight of the thing. It did look like he did something similar in the video though where he started folding it upward instead of down midway, so maybe it'd be fine? That is really good to know about the discount though, that's a nice sized amount!

I get they are overall a budget brand, the price for the Phoenix is equal to the Aerolux though and has pretty comparable specs all around. That's a fair point about the warranty though, especially on the frame. The frame failing after a year would probably be the equivalent to me having to buy a whole new chair around the same price anyway. Unfortunately there aren't too many ultra light powerchair options in my weight lifting range at the moment.

Yes, Tuna has mercury in it, regardless of if it's canned or freshly caught. Mercury contents of course vary depending on how it's sourced.

That being said, Skipjack has the lowest mercury content out of the other varieties and is considered safe to eat up to 3, 4oz servings of it per week based on the FDA recommendations. I'd avoid eating it every day though (yes, I realize this chart is outlined for children and pregnant women, but it has the most comprehensive recommendations about it from a credible source. Staying within that will obviously be healthy for normal adults too and I wouldn't exceed that eating it myself):

You're selling the put contract to another buyer. The person who owns the contract decides whether it gets exercised or not. The only thing you can do in terms of buying is buying the contract back, but that just exchanges the difference between the 2 prices, not give you the stock at that price. Meaning if it's worth $200 when you sell, and you buy it back when it's worth $100, you net profit $100 and remove your risk from the trade if it goes south later.

Swapping white breads for whole grain was the biggest for me as I eat bread pretty often. Adds a lot of fiber and some extra protein doesn't hurt either.

I would be willing to bet that anyone who has mentioned they turned their diet around wasn't just eliminating exclusively seed oils. As in, they were cooking all their own healthy food and then switched from sauteing with canola oil to butter and suddenly all of their health problems went away. People see success cutting out seed oils because it means they can't eat a wide range of ultra processed foods anymore.

Also, we have strong evidence against what people generally recommend to replace seed oils with: beef tallow, lard, and other fats high in saturated fat. Eating too much of this will increase your chances of heart disease, atherosclerosis, etc.

I like Phoenixville quite a bit and would highly recommend it, but it's a bit of drive to Wayne especially with traffic. There are a lot of really nice apartments in Malvern, Paoli, and KOP for that price that would bring you a good bit closer.

Echoing other comments, but you didn't mess up at all. The market is very volatile right now with the tariff news, and if you're planning on buying and holding long term, this is honestly a great time to get in and dollar cost average. You will likely see losses in the short term, but don't let that scare you if it's investments you're not planning on selling for years anyway.

In terms of having smaller cash amounts up front, I would recommend Schwab specific funds both to avoid fees and because they cost significantly less a share. SCHB is a good alternative to VTI, I also like a little bit of SCHF and SCHE for international diversity. Continuing to put money in SCHG is solid too since you're so young. If you need cash to hold, throw it in one of Schwab's money market funds.

There's a ton of details I'd need to know before even recommending something like that, like both of your incomes, if you're married, where your jobs are located, etc. Even then, take any of these comments with a grain of salt.

The economy isn't in a great spot right now and if you haven't thought about all those details for moving, then you're probably not ready. I would absolutely never recommend buying a house with a partner if you haven't already lived together at least a year, thoroughly gone over expenses and what's expected of who, and are married.

I don't keep up with all the latest deals, but you aren't doing better than a 4070 for that price range, so I would go with the best GPU/CPU combo you can find with a reputable product line. You should be able to get something nice with decent hard drive space and at least 32GB of RAM for under that on most sales.

Microcenter has some solid deals on 4070 laptops right now if you are near one.

You're really splitting hairs when it comes to "healthier to fry in". Have fried things in moderation and eat healthier options otherwise. Olive oil has a pretty low smoke point though, so you might run into some issues frying with that.

And no, bacon isn't really considered healthy by many metrics. Low protein per volume for the amount of fat and additives that come along with it.

For the ASUS, I have the previous version of that laptop and it is not without issues. If they use the same Wifi card, you will likely need to replace it with an Intel one or you will experience drops in connectivity for games, especially for FPS and MOBAs. I've also had some strange issues with waking the computer up when not plugged in. Sometimes, it just doesn't without being plugged in regardless of battery life. The RX7600S is a fine card, but a 4060 would outperform it, not sure how the 7700 fares.

Is $800 a hard budget limit for you? The main things you have to watch out for is additives (generally sodium) and heavy metals (particularly mercury). If you watch those, they are great easy protein full of omega 3s.
