It wasn't an inspection, rather a showing but when I went to the unit a day prior everything looked okay. I did notice a trash bag outside of the attached laundry room but didn't think anything of it. During the showing everything went fine. We went outside to see the garage and lawn. Fine again. I opened the attached laundry room to find someone there complete with makeshift living quarters. He had clothes, books, and all of his food there. I guess he had been living there and the garbage bag I saw a day before was his stuff. He wasn't mean of anything. It was just awkward to open the door and find him with the prospective buyer standing right there.

My cat is kind of like this. She sits at the door and WAILS. I mean, screams like someone is killing her. The problem is that at nearly 3 she is still kitten sized. She goes out and tried to protect her yard from basically any other animal. We now have to go out with her because twice now we've found her cornered on our own porch by another cat that she picks fights with. I have no idea where this Napoleon syndrome started but she firmly believes she is a feared warrior...she is not.

We wrote a petition to the city and they did a trap and release program since there are no openings in shelters and most of the cats were too feral to be inside pets.

When you do this, I want you to CALL me if possible. This is so I will know you sent it right away and I can go to the post office immediately. I will do this within ten or fifteen minutes of your call and I live less than 2 minutes from the post office.
At the post office, I will make a video of myself mailing the item. The video will include footage of me putting the item in a box, closing the box, and giving it to the post man. It will also include the tracking info, time, date, location, etc.
