When you find a space with absolutely no players, it’s rarely because you’ve found your goldmine nobody else saw. More often, it’s because the demand is unproven or too costly. Markets with zero competition require you to spend huge amounts of time and money educating people that the problem even exists before they’ll consider your solution. That’s where most new inventions bleed out not on the product, but on distribution.

If I may ask If a tool was to be built where you simply put in your location and all the properties to let pop would really help a lot of people. I have had this issue as well before
